At Hosanna Revival, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.
Package Your Items
Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
